9. Online Courses Returns and Transfers Policy
Here at Jewellers Academy, of course we want you to be happy and satisfied with the courses you purchase through our site. Due to the instant, digital nature of our courses, once purchased we are unable to offer refunds on our courses, including the Diploma courses and the Jewellery Business Bootcamp, so please be sure you are ready to commit to learning with us before signing up.
If you are unsatisfied with the content for any reason do get in touch with us and we will always try to transfer you to another online course equalling the same value where possible. In order for a transfer to take place you need to have taken no more than 25% of the original course.
Membership subscriptions. When you sign up for a membership subscription - for Jewellery Business Academy or for legacy members of Jewellers Academy, Business Bootcamp or Makers Membership, you subscribe for the terms of your subscription - monthly or annually. Your subscription is set to automatically renew until you cancel it. For annual members. you get an email reminder of this a few days before your subscription is due to renew with the option to cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account by clicking on ‘my subscriptions’. If a payment goes through in error please get in touch with us by email within 1 week to organise a refund. We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals if the student has failed to advise us within 1 week. Refunds are only offered at the explicit discretion of the company.
