How the online Training Works

We are professionals in online training for jewellers

Having run online programmes for jewellers for over 10 years, we are world-class leaders in this type of training. This is a highly structured and supportive training course, combining a mixture of live and pre-recorded video training sessions.

We are focused on helping you learn and develop your jewellery-making skills and abilities through a comprehensive online programme.

EACH Foundation STUDENT IS FULLY SUPPORTED IN THEIR LEARNING WITH…

• Weekly professional online courses released into their student portal (with lifetime access to the videos)

• 3 x Live group Q&A sessions with a jewellery tutor/ mentor to get your questions answered

• 1 x 30 minute one to one Zoom session with an expert jeweller for advice and troubleshooting

• Exclusive access to the Foundation in Silver Jewellery student Facebook Group to share your progress and gain feedback 24/7

This is not simply an online course. This is a supported virtual learning experience.

If you purchase the two kits at the same time they will be shipped together and you will pay the tool shipping cost

What is covered in this cost?

The international shipping cost includes the cost of shipping to your country and most customs duties. Exceptions are France and the Seychelles which have additional costs levied that you are required to pay on receipt.

Please ensure you look out for an email from Fedex as you need to respond to it in order for your parcel to be released. Failure to do this in time will lead to the parcel being sent back to us and delays in receiving your items.

If you are purchasing in a currency other than pounds sterling, when you go to put the purchase through you will see the exact cost in your currency before proceeding with the payment.

If you would like to spread the cost of the course and tools/materials you can. We now have a 4 month payment plan available.

How does it work?

Choose your option - whether you are adding tools, materials or both. You then sign up for a payment plan. Your payment will go out on the same date every month. So if you sign up on the 3rd of the month, the payment will go out on the 3rd of each month until the plan is complete so do choose a start date that works for you.

Your payment plan needs to be complete before we can ship the tools and materials to you so the earliest Foundation course you can join is 8th June 2026 if you start payments now.
