aBOUT tHE JEWELLERS RETREAT
In each series of the Jewellers Retreat, I invited three Jewellers Academy Diploma students to my home for three days of jewellery making.
Every day, the students made a different jewellery project under time constraints. They had an expert jeweller mentor available to ask for help and support and the show features lots of tips and tricks as well as some drama!
In series 1 the jewellers were all students on the Diploma in Silver Jewellery. In series 2 the jewellers were all students on the Advanced Jewellery Diploma.
The Jewellers Retreat Season 1

In The Handmade Jewellers I visited jewellers in their studios and talked to them about how they started out, how their business works and has grown.
They also taught me a jewellery-making skill (which doesn't always go well!). And we get to have a nosy around their studio and see the tools they have.
