What is the Jewellers Retreat?
This is a show that we have made for you. I invited three Jewellers Academy Diploma students to my home for three days of jewellery making. Each day, the students made three different jewellery projects under time constraints. They had an expert jeweller mentor available to ask for help and support and the show features lots of tips and tricks as well as some drama!

MEET THE JEWELLERS
For season 2 of The Jewellers Retreat I invited three Advanced Diploma students with Jewellers Academy to my home for three days of making.
Kath
Kath is a Mum of four boys. She has been making jewellery since 2006 and has built a very successful jewellery business with a thriving weekly market stall.
She now loves to make commissions perfect for her customers

Kate
Kate’s jewellery journey started when she was very young when she received a beading kit for her birthday. She rediscovered her love for making when her son was born 7 years ago as a way to have some ‘me time’. Kate now runs her own jewellery business Kare Seow jewellery and offers limited collections, one-of-a-kind pieces, commissions as well as running workshops

Tressa
Tressa works as a surgeon full time and became fascinated with making with metal after taking one of her stepsons to a blacksmiths course. She loves stone setting and is a self confessed tool addict!
