An exciting opportunity has come up to work as the Administrative & Warehouse Assistant at the Jewellers Academy. 

This role is part-time (Permanent) 3 days per week on weekdays (9am-5pm) at the Jewellers Academy Head office in Forest Hill, London.

Salary TBC per annum

We are looking for someone who has experience in Operations and Customer service as well as a minimum of 2 years experience of general administration.

The role includes answering the telephones, responding to all emails, prepping and packing of diploma kits (manual labour will be involved) as well as assisting with stock replenishment. Dealing with shipping stock, post office duties, collating excel spreadsheets as well as creating word docs. Fully competent on all Microsoft office programs as well as Outlook. There will also be general housekeeping duties and assisting with supplies and stock control.

This role is working directly with the Manager and the part time Administrative & Warehouse Assistant.

This job is for you if:

  • You have a positive, can-do attitude and have the skills set to match

  • You are reliable, punctual and have an excellent work ethic

  • Experience within the jewellery industry is not essential, partial training will be given to the right candidate

  • We require someone with excellent attention to detail and a pleasant telephone manner
