An exciting opportunity has come up to work as a Customer Services & Student Support Community Advisor in our Administration Dept at Jewellers Academy.

 

Are you a Jeweller looking for a part-time role?.. or love jewellery making and would love to work in this industry?

 

This role is part-time (Permanent)

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 15 hours per week, 5 hours per day - 9am-11am / 2pm-5pm per day (working hours are flexible and can be agreed)

There is an option to work remotely from home or from our Head Office in London.

 

Salary depending on level of experience.

 

This job is for you if:-

  • You have extensive customer service skills and strong administration experience. 

  • Are organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail.

  • Have a positive can do-attitude and is personable with a caring and compassionate nature, attentive to student’s needs.

  • Is trustworthy and confident in managing multiple tasks.

  • You love jewellery making and are happy to share your knowledge and experience with our valued students.

 

The role includes:-

  • Managing the Jewellers Academy main inbox on all Jewellers Academy programs.

  • Liaising with all Jewellers Academy team members (Mentors, Warehouse Team, Admin staff, Social media team, Facilitators).

  • Ensuring that all emails and queries are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Using Stripe, Teachable and Canva. (Training will be available)

  • Using the multiple WhatsApp groups to liaise information.

  • Regular Team meetings via Zoom

  • Updating membership information and all documentation/spreadsheets in the Google docs files as well as updating the Main Knowledge Bank and Process Doc.

  • Fully competent and Intermediate level of experience on all Microsoft office suite + Outlook + Zoom.
