We have a vacancy for a part-time Instagram Copy and Engagement Coordinator

The details

Part-time, 20 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

Working hours are flexible but we do require someone who can work over 5 days and can respond promptly to comments and DMs.

Working from home, UK based. Training for this role will be via Zoom.

In this role, you will:

  • write copy for the Jewellers Academy Instagram account that chimes with our ethos and values

  • liaise regularly with Jessica Rose to create an Instagram plan

  • create engaging stories and reel content

  • respond promptly to comments and DMs

This role would be perfect for someone who LOVES Instagram and is a new/part-time jeweller in business looking for an additional regular income.

You:

  • Have a proven track record of growing an Instagram account - whether for your own business or working for another business

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Are organised with great time management skills

  • Are reliable, punctual and have an excellent work ethic

  • Have great administration skills and an excellent eye for details

  • Have excellent customer service skills

  • As this work is done from home we are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of the wider JA team

  • Experience within the jewellery industry and knowledge of jewellery making techniques is desirable

  • Good internet connection
