A Year of Business Mentoring for Your Jewellery Business

I'm so pleased to be able to offer this new opportunity for those of you who have previously been part of the Jewellery Business Academy.
Your jewellery business may have changed quite a bit since you were last in the Academy. Perhaps you've got some exciting plans for growing your business, want to reach your next income milestone or have some decisions you'd really value some help with.
Imagine having your own experienced jewellery business mentor to talk things through with throughout 2027.
Sometimes when you're working on your business every day, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. You might spend ages going backwards and forwards over a decision, feel unsure where to focus your energy or just wish you had someone experienced to ask for advice.
Having a mentor gives you that opportunity. Someone who can offer a fresh perspective, help you recognise opportunities you might have missed, give you honest feedback and encourage you to take the next steps towards your goals.
And because your mentor understands the jewellery industry, you'll get practical advice that's relevant to your business, from pricing and marketing to developing collections, increasing sales and planning for growth.
How the mentoring works
You'll have six private 45-minute mentoring sessions across 12 months, with an experienced jewellery business mentor.
I'll ask you about your business, your goals and the areas where you'd most value some help, then match you with a mentor whose experience is a good fit.
You'll work with the same mentor throughout the year, giving them the chance to really get to know you and your business. Sessions are usually spaced around two months apart, so you'll have time to take action, see what's working and come back together to review your progress and plan your next steps.
And you'll have that regular accountability to help you keep moving forward.
As a previous JBA student, you can join this mentoring programme on its own. There's no need to enrol in another year of the Academy.
