What Support Do I Get on the Jewellery Diplomas at Jewellers Academy?

Blog

Jessica Rose shares the support available to you as a student on a Diploma course with Jewellers Academy.

For each of our Diploma courses, you have so much support available to you throughout your course.

Each Diploma has a dedicated Facebook group and this should be your first stop. The group is staffed Monday to Saturday to help answer your questions. This is great for when you are at the bench and need an answer!

We then have the Q and A sessions, these take place with a host and a mentor and last about an hour. These are all recorded so even if you can’t make it, you can submit your question to be answered during the session which you can then watch back when you are ready. Even if you don’t have any questions for the week, it can be really helpful to come along and see what other students ask.

You also have 6 one to one sessions with your mentor throughout the year, this is an hour long session with a professional jeweller who can give you advice on your projects and share their experience. They will also be marking your work each term and sharing their feedback on what you have done really well and any tips to improve your skills.

For anything logistical or any issues with the course, you can get in touch with us via email - contact@jewellersacademy.com and our team will be happy to advise you.

We really want you to get the most out of this course and are here to support you with that, you can use as much or as little of the support offered as you need.
