Diploma in Silver Jewellery ToolKit

Diploma in Silver Jewellery Jewellers Academy

Thank you for your interest in the Diploma in Silver Jewellery 1-year course. We’re so excited for you to join us!

One of the benefits of working on this from home is that you are using your own tools which you will continue to use for years to come.

We currently have tools and materials kits available for a September 2024 start.

Tool and material kits paid for via a payment plan will be sent to you in advance of the course start in September 2024 and we will notify you that they are on the way.

You can download a list of the tools and materials you require to complete the course on the button below.

If you already have some tools, you may choose just to purchase the tools listed that you don’t have so do check the list carefully.

Some Ts and Cs

We regret that we are unable to ship tools and materials kits to India, Israel, Greece or the Falkland Islands

Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship beeswax to the Netherlands. Students from the Netherlands can still purchase the tool and materials kit but the beeswax will need to be left out to comply.

Electrical tools in the toolkit are supplied with a UK plug. If you are in Europe, Australia or New Zealand you will need a UK plug adaptor.

Students purchasing the tool kits in the USA, Canada and Columbia (and all countries using a USA voltage plug) will need to source their own Dremel and Dremel Multi Chuck Key.

There is a one-year guarantee on all the torches supplied in the Silver Jewellery Diploma kits.

If there is a fault with your torch, you will need to send the torch back to the Jewellers Academy warehouse by post. The supplier will then send the torch back to the factory for testing. After the feedback has been submitted, the factory will decide if the torch is to be replaced if there is a manufacturing default. Jewellers Academy will not be able to supply another torch whilst the current torch is being assessed by the factory.

The materials kit includes what you need for the assessment on this Diploma course except for your final project. For your final project, you are asked to make one piece of jewellery to your own design and you will need to source your own materials for this

If you are outside of the UK, please look our for our emails. You may receive an email from FedEx which you need to respond to for Customs purposes. You have a limited time to respond before your kit is shipped back to the UK and this could lead to a delay in you receiving your parcel.
